National Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed live at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur and we can not be held responsible.

 

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

Damages

comeovergaming.shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and inform us.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently only ship to Europe internationally. This list may change from time to time but you can reach us if your country is not listed.

COVID-19 updates:
Please note that our products are shipped from Spain. Because of COVID-19, certain products purchased during this time may be delayed due to carriers taking more time to processed packages, or due to business interruptions due to local regulations.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

comeovergaming.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, local VAT, etc.).

Return & Refund Policy

Refunds

Since all our products are manufactured and build exclusivelly with each new order we are not accepting refunds.

Returns

We accept product returns (Not refunds) allowing you to choose another product from our catalog. The difference amount will be compensated to you only if the new product price it's higher than the original one.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
